You must provide accurate target URLs, anchor text, content and campaign instructions. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.
Paid services may require funds in your account wallet or another supported payment method. Payment instructions, minimums, bonuses or promotional credits may vary and will be shown where applicable.
A payment is treated as successful only when it has been verified through the applicable payment process. Browser return URLs, screenshots or unverified payment claims do not by themselves establish that funds were received.
Promotional, bonus or goodwill credits may be subject to additional restrictions and may not have the same refund treatment as money directly paid by a user.
Search-engine rankings, indexing, traffic, authority metrics, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control. A backlink placement does not guarantee a specific ranking, indexing status, traffic volume, conversion or financial result.

Eligibility for cancellation, replacement, account credit or refund depends on the product, fulfilment status, payment method and circumstances of the request. Completed or already-delivered work may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorised payment activity, security risk, repeated policy violation or unlawful use. We may retain records needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
